About Sydney
With a background in psychology, and almost 20 years as an educator, an ed tech and innovation specialist, a presenter, a coach and a mother, I have voraciously sought information to provide insight and guidance on healthy digital habits for my students and children. Leaning on the curriculum design, developmental psychology and action research foundations I developed during my undergrad and Masters in Education programs, I have created and taught innovative curriculums with cohesive scope and sequences across disciplines. I enjoy connecting with faculty, parents, and students to listen, learn, and support them with strategies and resources to build strong digital literacy and well-being capacity.
The digital landscape is ever changing, but the foundations of building connection, trust, empathy and resilience are constant.

Training Workshops for Schools
I provide half, full or multi-day workshops for your organization. Educators and leaders will leave empowered and equipped with strategies and tools to integrate digital literacy and well being resources into their existing curriculum, or curate new lessons.
Curriculum and Program Consulting
As we look at your existing programs and curriculum we find ways to weave in digital literacy and well-being. Whether is finding opportunities to leverage student voice when creating your Responsible Use Policy, or backwards planning a multi-level digital literacy curriculum, I facilitate, curate, and develop a customized curriculum that ensures necessary digital citizenship skills are explicitly and implicitly taught throughout the grades in cohesive and developmentally appropriate ways.
Parent Partnerships
I partner and work with parent groups to educate and equip them with research based practical skills to teach their children to be informed, intelligent, responsible, healthy users of technology.
